A cafe with a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and very good espresso coffee. The menu is not suitable for the gluten sensitive person, but they have made changes to their usual menu for me.

One of the best coffee in St-Hyacinthe. The lunches are very good and varied. Pastries offered too!

Normally I would have given more for the really nice atmosphere and the good coffee but I was really on top of the service and the food. It is deceiving in my order (but I can understand an error when it arrives) and I was served a hard dessert like rock (caramel square salt flower, hard caramel and not flowing). And it's really too expensive !! Really very disappointed on the bistro side. Still worth it for the coffee and the relaxing atmosphere.

If you want to bother someone doing crossword puzzles for you, go for it. On the kitchen side, next to the bathrooms that smell the false skeptic, not very clean. Keep your money for a better experience elsewhere.

The Mondor roaster is a warm place and offers a nice variety of products. From quality coffee to wines and cheeses to breakfasts. The atmosphere is warm and the burner is located in the old sthyacinthe, the most beautiful place in this city in my opinion. It is very pleasant to go there, especially when sometimes people play the piano there.

Great food great staff

We passed briefly in the area and decided to stop for a cappuccino. The location is great with parking right next door. The two employees were friendly, we chatted with one of them for about 30 minutes while having our coffee. Warm place!

I think I will make my Sunday morning routine come to breakfast here with my two dogs the fruit waffle is delicious !! I loved to come and have an IC coffee with my dogs but the lunch is very delicious so why not have lunch too?
